Course overview
This training will provide an introduction to Relational Frame Theory that will help us better understand how how complex human language and relational frame can impact our mental health. This workshop will take a closer look at when RFT is taken consideration we can directly apply the concepts of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help change unhealthy relational frames.
