Course overview
This workshop will present and discuss professional skills that when utilized help to facilitate success and longevity for clinicians in our field. Skills such as ensuring competency during fieldwork, “soft skills”, as well as cultural humility all contribute to a BCBA’s success. Whether those in attendance are a newly minted BCBA, a supervisor providing fieldwork supervision, or a supervisee in the midst of fieldwork will have the opportunity to discuss professional skills that even though may not be listed on the BACB Task List are vital to being successful in our field.
